Smocking machine can be used on thin knitted fabrics and Georgette as well as medium thick knitted fabrics and denim. As double chainstitch is formed, it is suitable for all kinds of products. By using general thread for upper and lower thread, plain or shirring smocking can be formed. Further, if you shoud use specified elactic thread or lower thread, elastic shirring smocking can be formed which is suitable for thin materials.
